I was almost home (seymour) and realized my order was wrong. I called the store and they said "that happens". No apology. No offer to make it right. My family will not go back.
Food was hot and good. Had coupons and place was clean. Only issue 2 managers were having a meeting with a staff member about her schedule and a straw issue, so we had to move to another table.
This was my first time ever eating at a Culver's I have to say Im very impressed... OMGosh So delicious.. I have to add the staffnwas very friendly
We don't have a Culver's so we drove from Bloomington. Had butter burgers, onion rings & drinks. My very favorite was dessert. We each had a mixer, Reese's & Heath. They were delicious! Worth the drive.
