My experience at Culver's has always been fine no matter which location.
It was delicious but the wait was a little too long In the drive-through had to wait about 15 minutes
Since they will not allow 0 stars this is as good as it gets. We frequented this culvers on a weekly basis. That will no longer happen after the 3rd mishap with our orders being incorrect, cold or in the last case melted custard. The management (ronda and gabby)are so unprofessional & down right rude. As long as they have these people in charge they will continue to lose business. When brought to their attention and asked for contact information for the store owner, they wouldn't give any. The Culver's bacon deluxe hamburger was extremely delicious. I'm already craving another one!�! And the custard was a bowl of deliciousness!!! Can't wait to go back
I made the mistake of not checking the bags and this was not the first time they forgot the cole slaw for the fish dinner. I will have to check every detail from now on before I pull away.
