We were there this past Wednesday on Lake Plaza Dr in Colorado Springs. The drive thru weight was 25 minutes with only two cars in front of ours. The order was wrong, the burgers were cold, and they servedthe car behind us although we only ordered burgers two baskets! This is the fourth time in a row that I have continued to receive poor service and food from your restaurant. No more. I will not accept this type of rude, service without any benefits. Never had any problems with Culver's until tonight. Here's the nasty burger that I received. If this could even be called a burger. This was supposed to be the Mushroom Swiss burger. The mushrooms are slimy and nasty too!
this was most disappointing place . asked for fish sandwich. it was soggy no flavor .. took it back to exchange for a burger which was cheaper.. they didnt want to give back the difference between 2 sandwiches and they said we dont give out free food ... it wasnt free we spent 6.00$ on sandwich .. ended up with dry bread piece of meat slice of cold cheese raw. bacon oh yeah meat was burnt.. wont ever go back . they were very rude.
