My family and I just had a terrible experience at this Culvers. First off we were brought the wrong order. My husband looked in the bag (no mask on) he saw it was the wrong order and gave it back to her. She took the food to another car and the lady accepted the order.With covid that was not smart. We then noticed a Culvers emoyee stopped at the car behind us with what seemed to be our order and could see the lady shaking her head no..the girl was trying to hand her the order through the window. our family's first time here and the cashier in drive through and her team were amazing with my order gave me a discount and I had 2 coupons, we cant wait to come back for ice cream next time they were so polite and had a great attitude thank you
