overall was not good service was slow food was not prepared good it was like they had it sitting there also room 45 minutes to get the food
Just went through the drive trough and waited for over 20 minutes for ice cream. I went inside to get it and asked for a manager. It appears that after 7pm there isn’t an adult in the building, the “crew chief” was rude and when I asked why it’s taken over 20 minutes he said they are backed up. There wasn’t anyone else there just about 15 kids standing around.. I’m shocked on how bad this location is.
Me and my family were in Springs yesterday for an appointment for my son. We stopped at Culvers off Lake Plaza Drive in Springs and had lunch!! We ordered and sat down!! It took a little longer because we had a big order, but a young lady brought us our food and was very courteous and apologized for being late. That was the best customer service I've experienced!!
I've been coming to this location for years and as of recent the quality and service has completely diminished. I just got home with our meal and the order is totally jacked up. We reiterated no pickles 3 times and guess what? Pickles. We wondered why the bill was high and that's because they gave us double burgers when we asked for single oh and they didnt give us the fries that were supposed to come with the meal smh. The kicker all the food is cold. I tried calling but of course no answer smh.
Horrible service and the owner is so rude we spent 50.00 on horrible food and he wouldn’t do anything for us said just call corporate! So sad because Culver’s is known for great friendly service and good food!
I like Culver's! I had the Cranberry/Blue Cheese/Grilled Chicken salad. It was GREAT!
The food has continued to go down hill. The past couple of times I have gone there the food has been cold when I got home. I live close. This time not only was my food cold the meat on the cheeseburger was dry. Seemed to have been sitting there for a while. I was very disappointed and most likely will not be back. On a good note the guy covering the drive thru was nice.
ugh! every time we come here (3 times a year) i always say it's the last time, but it's so easy to stop in after leaving the zoo. the service is mediocre at best and delivery of food always takes forever (30 mins today!!). today's cherry on top was my kid's corn dog came out frozen! and another 15 mins to get a hot one �
