I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today. While waiting for my food, I watched what appeared to be a young employee being publicly criticized after the manager told him to clock out because the crew was fully staffed. The employee looked confused, and two other staff members seemed to be mocking or belittling him. I couldn't hear every word that was said, but their tone, body language, and the way they treated him came across as unkind and disrespectful. Great food and service. A really nice upgrade from typical fast food at basically similar prices.
I ordered a fish sandwich and was immediately greeted by the box telling me, "Take a picture. It'll last longer." Apparently, even the restaurant knew this thing wasn't meant to be eaten. Let's start with the fish. Calling it a fillet is generous. It looks like a lonely fish stick that got separated from its family and ended up between two pieces of bread.
