Visited this location on 8/9/26 and Jenna was our cashier. She was so polite and kind. She smiled the entire time. Just wanted to give her a compliment.

The person working at the register is rude. To describe the person they were on the bigger side, little hair, i’m not shown if it was a boy or a girl, and light skinned. I remember they couldn’t pronounce their r’s correctly as well. I asked for 2 burgers and on the receipt says 1, which may be my fault. My concrete mixer has peanut butter or some type of nuts in it instead of cheesecake pieces. If I didn’t try it before my brother did, he would’ve had an allergic reaction. The employees are great, the oder accuracy is poor. I have been to this location about 4 times in as many months and my order has been incorrect every time. Items have been missing or I have received something I didn't order, or an item that I have ordered has been substituted with the wrong item in a similar container. With no consistency in the mistakes being made, overall training needs to be improved. I shouldn't have to double check my order every time I visit.
