This is Cultivate, located in Hebron. For us, it has truly been life-changing. Over the past year, my son’s speech has improved tremendously, his behavior has transformed, and he has learned to communicate much more effectively. Basically said they “couldn't handle” a child and kicked said child out, did not find another place for this child to be taken care of. That is illegal
