High I had service tech Bob at my house to look at my softener . he did a great job fixing my old unit . he also gave me options if the repair did not make my water better . I will recommend him to all my friends and your company .
Just wanted to do a shout out to John Nusbaum for his great service on our RO unit and his timely arrival at our home... very friendly and kind gentleman - recommend this company highly for all your water softener and conditioner needs... :-)

I had a clog issue on a Saturday and John Nusbaum was at my door at 8:05 a.m. Monday morning, knowing I had to get to work. He was very nice, respectful and most importantly, knowledgeable. He went above and beyond his calling to help a new home owner, myself, understand how to properly maintain my water treatment system, as well as my hot water heater. We recently relocated to Ohio and had a water softener installed by John Nusbaum. We must commend John for his efficiency and courteous manner. Having experienced several "hassles" in this move, the installation visit was refreshingly informative. It is 2015 and you cannot simply cannot order online someone has to call you back. So I ordered from Distillata because I was not waiting all day for someone to call me. I do not need to speak to a human to order , this should be able to be done online.
