John the tech just came out about an hour ago. He was very professional and extremely helpful. We just purchased a home with a Culligan water softener & iron system. The unit had stopped working. John reset everything and got everything working again. He took time to explain all features and answered all my questions (I tend to have a lot). Kudos to John!! I'm sold on Culligan!!! Great customer service!! Keep up the good work Culligan!

Our entire system, Softener and R.O. Water, is and has been working great since the day it was installed. John comes over every year to change the R.O. System filter. He exemplifies what customer service should be. He is polite and friendly, arrives at the time he said he would, and does a great job with the service provided. He should be commended for his representation of your company. He is your best "salesperson", and somebody that would keep me coming back to Culligan.

I love my softener. Use a lot less soap and detergent with having.. my softener.
