We had very hard water...now it’s good to drink...don’t have to get bottled water.

Horrible customer service..Owner was very disrespectful and arrogant..The softener was too small and used double the salt,water,and electricity that should have been used if it would have been properly sized.. it had to regen every night ..We have alot of Iron in the area and the softener was not handling it...The tech who came to pick up our unit dumped the remaining water from the salt tank in a tub that had about 300lbs of salt in it that my Wife and Sons removed to make pick up easier for them! totally disrespectful...I ... read more
