About this business

At Culinary Dropout, American comfort food tradition is thrown out the window for more innovation and creativity. For example as starters, the BBQ Pork Belly Nachos and Prosciutto Deviled Eggs followed by 36-Hour Pork Ribs as an entree all reveal something familiar, yet new at the same time. Very busy, but worth the wait. Food was good, and the service was up to par, for a place that busy. All of our orders were correct, and delicious!!

The food was amazing! Was there for a final dinner after a seminar and it was the best meal of the entire three days. It was free so that's a plus but I visit Phoenix about once a year and would gladly pay full price!

Loved the decor and the seats at the tables are super comfortable. I really liked the wait staff. Very good experience. Salmon was wonderful. Their charcuterie menu is excellent and the fried chicken is top notch. Can't wait to have one in Gilbert coming soon!
