About this business

At Culinary Dropout, American comfort food tradition is thrown out the window for more innovation and creativity. For example as starters, the BBQ Pork Belly Nachos and Prosciutto Deviled Eggs followed by 36-Hour Pork Ribs as an entree all reveal something familiar, yet new at the same time. The drink menu is just as creative, especially the Two-Handed Shandies section; the 'After-school Special' made with raspberry tea infused tequila, ginger agave, lime and Modelo beer is phenomenal. Good food but slow service. Ribs, steak and chicken were tasty.

Amazing food, great service, and fun atmosphere. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it's a little pricey for what we ate.

I absolutely love this place. I am not in their demographic profile as I am late 50's and married but...I love the indoor/outdoor setting. I love the casual environment. Food is great. Beer selection is diverse. I have heard some amazing live music in there. Great activities: ping pong and bagging. People watching is stellar. Friendly employees. In short- a killer place to stop for a casual drink and food!

I got the meatloaf and my husband got the fried chicken and they were both just amazing. We also got the banana cream pie for dessert and while it was different than any banana cream pie I'd ever had, it was seriously amazing! Our server was Michael and he took care of us perfectly from beginning to end. Awesomely attentive but not overbearing! Overall an amazing... read more
