Last week my unit's door was stuck. On my first visit, two employees tried to get it open unsuccessfully. Then came Gaylon, who removed metal strips and propelled himself over the top. Excellent, considerate, and skillful employee. Thank you SO much!!
The staff was very helpful and friendly with our questions. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have excellent security measures to which I feel safe leaving our property at this storage facility.
