Josh at CubeSmart is awesome!! He took his time to explain everything and made sure things were accurate. The whole storage facility is neat and clean and the security is reassuring.
They have roaches and mice. Dead and living roaches are all in the halls and my second storage unit had mouse feces in the corners. They only spray once a month despite the clear and obvious issues.
From reservations to move-in, this facility has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! The service is top notch and the facility is super clean. Josh went above and beyond helping us and ensuring that our move in was smooth and worry free. I highly recommend Cube Smart especially the facility on Space Way in Stafford, VA.
