YOUR PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE HERE! YOUR PROTECTION PLAN IS USELESS! This company facilitates criminals to steal your property, they give you a run around through a pretend investigation, and hang you out to dry. There will be a "we pretend to care, please email us' response to this, but IT IS A JOKE. No one cares, they do not respond, and they do not make anything right.
This is an excellent place to have everything you owned get stolen from your storage unit. There was a lengthy issue with the front gate malfunctioning and the owner chose to leave the property unattended while waiting for the parts. There were also broken cameras and employees were not following the very basic security protocols during this time. Professional and friendly staff! Clean and reasonably priced storage units. Great place to use for all those little items you dont want in your garage but cant bring yourself to part with.
