We have been customers since we moved to San Antonio 5 years ago.We looked online at the reviews and it didn't seem like a bad idea to store our household goods here.We needed a humidity controlled unit and waited for a 10x10 to be available. Over the years things went smoothly but the rent kept increasing,which was understandable so we were going to downsize to move to a smaller unit but we just kept putting it off and we stayed way longer than we intended. This company does not care for the people in need of storage services. They offer discounts to gain your business, and highly inflate prices with unpredictable cost increases. I am extremely disappointed I used this facility. The elevator and entrance doors were not in operation; they were eventually repaired. No discount was provided to clients. My time with them will be limited very soon.

Mike was a manager that talked too. He played with me at first acting non chalantly when he who knew whoI was and what I was complaining about. They had tricked me and said first month was free. Not at all they put fees on top of fees and got me for 55. The normal price is 55. These fees are just another way for this dishonest to get your money. I've been renting a storage unit from Cube Smart for nearly 3 years in Riverside CA. In April my husband came down with COVID and suffered cardiac arrest. We almost lost him. Needless to say, my mind was preoccupied and I did not make my storage payment. Yesterday, Cubesmart called me at 11am and left me a voice mail message while I was at work, in the middle of a training session advising me that my unit was going to be auctioned off at 130pm! Have been with them approximate 6 months. Recieved a card advising me of a price increase 50%. This is highway robbery. I will be looking for a new place for my storage needs. Don't do business with these people unless you want to be ripped off.
