It is a scam you pay insurance but can't file a claim your things are subject to get locked in when you should have access..staff very unprofessional and rude over charging storage unit is creepy and extremely dirty elevators always broke

My unit has been broken into 3 times! Nothing is being done as far as security goes. The manager is sarcastic, could careless about what happens to your items. I definitely would not recommend this place! I pay my bill on time every month and not even that matters to these folks.

CubeSmart customer for a few years. They’re awful. No other way to say it. They say one thing and do another. We closed our unit out on March 29. We took our lock emptied the unit. It’s now the following week and they’re saying we never did that. This was the third time I’ve had to call because they say I owe them this month. The reason we moved is because our monthly payment was raised to much more and we did not receive any notification at all that this would happen. Not by phone email or text message. Do to a very unprofessional experience with Robert about closing my account couple with no .response I would not recommend this location and if you choose to move forward to video record all conversation to hold someone accountable.

I am a return Customer of Cubesmart. I accessed my unit on 03/09 and as soon as I opened the storage I was hit with a strong smell of death and urine. I immediately seen rat droppings, rat poison, and chewed up items at the front of my storage. I went to the office to notify Mayra of my findings and all she could say was I will submit a report. I went back to my storage and started clearing the items out and found feces and chew marks all throughout my property. I found 3 rats that were decomposed. They were in such bad shap... read more
