We have been customers since we moved to San Antonio 5 years ago.We looked online at the reviews and it didn't seem like a bad idea to store our household goods here.We needed a humidity controlled unit and waited for a 10x10 to be available. Over the years things went smoothly but the rent kept increasing,which was understandable so we were going to downsize to move to a smaller unit but we just kept putting it off and we stayed way longer than we intended. This company does not care for the people in need of storage services. They offer discounts to gain your business, and highly inflate prices with unpredictable cost increases. I am extremely disappointed I used this facility. The elevator and entrance doors were not in operation; they were eventually repaired. No discount was provided to clients. My time with them will be limited very soon.

Mike was a manager that talked too. He played with me at first acting non chalantly when he who knew whoI was and what I was complaining about. They had tricked me and said first month was free. Not at all they put fees on top of fees and got me for 55. The normal price is 55. These fees are just another way for this dishonest to get your money. I've been renting a storage unit from Cube Smart for nearly 3 years in Riverside CA. In April my husband came down with COVID and suffered cardiac arrest. We almost lost him. Needless to say, my mind was preoccupied and I did not make my storage payment. Have been with them approximate 6 months. Recieved a card advising me of a price increase 50%. This is highway robbery. I will be looking for a new place for my storage needs. Don't do business with these people unless you want to be ripped off.

I took a locker with Cubesmart in Charlestown, MA, before leaving for several months in Europe. While abroad, they sent me a note that my locker was terminated and giving me a month to vacate. It turns out that they only rented the facility, the building had been sold, and they had never negotiated any sort of transition process. The people working at the facility were stressed but had no support. So the gate at my facility in Belmont, NC has been broken for going on 6 weeks now (I have video to prove it) and the manage there simply does not care. I made plans to move out this Tuesday since my belongings are CLEARLY not protected and emailed her to let her know and she never apologized and was basically nonchalant and couldn't care less!

My bill was $119 when I signed up and after the promo.. Then they added $60 more due to covid. Now that their prices have dropped they are not even willing to work with me and I've paid on time EVERY TIME I am paying more for their 10×10 than what their 10x15 cost
