The girls in the office are great! The loading docks don't operate, so there is no plate to roll off equipment, which is very dangerous! The ramp never gets shoveled for snow!

The facility itself (Franklin MA) would be a 2 since there was little signage compared to storage facilities I’ve used before, and 2 different elevators to reach to 2nd floors that were confusing as all get out. The unit was clean and so was the facility, but in def need of some updating, as the carts were not the best and 1/3 bays door was broken, the closest one to my unit of course.
