The staff constantly complains. The waits over the past 3 months have been absolutely rediculous, typically between 30 minutes to two hours just to get back to a donation bed. The good staff they had has now quit because of poor management. Monthly donation bonuses have not been posted for the past two months. The donor experience has drastically gone downhill over the past three months.
RecommendedMy experiences here have all been positive. The staff has been cool since day one--professional, courteous, efficient, etc. I don't even leave reviews if that says anything.
Always short staffed. Huge inconvenience.
Still have a huge bruise on my arm from 2 weeks ago and it's only getting worse
Thry are very nice. And never have bruised me im in and out under a hr
Nice people but kicked us out for waiting for over an hr.. 2 people was waiting with but under age 18 that law is stupid and it anit in the law so I want to see a copy of that law
