Donate at your own risk, they'll lie to you about how much money you'll get. The app told me I would get $125 and then after I donated they paid me $45 and just said the app glitched and they can't do anything about it
I didn’t get the lady’s name but they are rude as hell here and don’t know how to speak to people. They really didn’t know what they were taking about and I was able to go to the other location on 50th st and be taken in as a new donor since it’s been over a year since I’ve donated. From the moment I walked in girl with long dreads had a bad attitude. I’d recommend going to the other location and not waste your time here.
If I could give this more stars I totally would. I came in today I forgot the time. But I did almost passed out and that was my fault I will say eat food and drink water the day before and leading up to your appointment. lol you do not want to pass out. But the staff was excellent and they were all very nice and helpful I loved the staff I will also say so, if you do decide to donate go to this location! 😇

They are so understaffed a normal 45 min visit turns into 2 hours and this is not just sometimes or some days it’s been that way for 5 months now
