Friendly staff, can be quick & easy due to updated equipment. Staff is very knowledgeable and guides you through the donation process.
The team always does their best to make the process quick and easy.
Everyone there was great. My only complaint is the music. I have been going there for a while, I'm about to stop if the music doesn't change. It's terrible!!
The staff at the Chattanooga 010 location are always so positive and kind at every step of the process. They take the time to really get to know the donors and make us feel welcome.
