just tried to book an appointment to have my eyes checked because I have has severe headaches lately - I always go to the one in Wilkes Barre the girl was so rude didn't let me speak said we are booked to the middle of april and hung up on me. I've been going there for over 20 years so sad they have to be RUDE
The Owner David Basalyga will simply not take responsibility for his Vision Center's mistakes. When I called to speak to him and have a calm, professional conversation in the spirit of resolving the issues in house - he ended the phone call because I was asking him to please stop talking in circles. This mistake has now cost my mother over $300 and she doesn't have a pair of glasses in her possession to show for it. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst place to buy glasses. I ordered a pair of glasses, and the left lens was flawed. It wasn't visible unless I was wearing them and the light hit a certain spot. I went back and since the lens had to be done over, I decided to get different frames since the ones I was talked into were too small and not comfortable at all. I was charged for the new lenses and an upgrade for the frame even though the 2 frames were the same price. (yes Mark, that slipped out when we wer... read more
