RecommendedPurchased a brand new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. Had many issues with the van and some rough beginnings, but the dealer went way out of their way and helped us get it replaced with a new one that works perfectly. Thank you Ron, Bill, Billy, and Tommy for all the work in getting this resolved as well as all the extras you did to make up for all the trouble we initially had. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership. 2 jeeps and 2 pick up trucks. I was happy until I bought my 2500 Dodge Ram. Ron was my salesman. The finances department screwed me on the interest. According to the bank the dealership set the interest rate. The interest I’m paying is stupid. The bank said they screwed me. Thanks crystal I will be going to Tampa from now on. Check your paperwork before you purchase a vehicle. Yours Frank Hartzell
