I am not sure where to start. I just purchased a vehicle late August. A well kept one owner Dodge Grand Caravan. I was having issues with it down shifting while driving being a Friday I was advised to wait til Monday to have it towed in. I parked the van in my garage all weekend. Please don't ever need parts for your car, they will be put on backorder and you will be waiting forever. I hope you have enough money to cover extra weeks of rental cars when they don't produce your part
