Your service department is the worst. Our last bad experience was 2 months ago, after we took our car to your location for a transmition repair. You charged us over $2000 for the service, we came back 4 month later for the same problem, you did not want warrantee your own work on top you wanted to charge us for the check up. Finally we took it to several other mechanics from different dealerships and all of them told us the same, who did the transmition repair before damage the flexplate. Feb of 2017 we bought a new challenger from you. In less then 2 years and 18000 miles a piece of plastic is cutting through the side of the driver seat. I was told that that is normal wear and tear from your service manager I seen him twice about this with no help he took some photos and sent them off not covered under the warranty is what I was told. I talked to corporate and I felt like they just blew me off. Not a happy camper.
I just bought a car here with Todd Needles on Saturday! What an amazing experience we had! He was so fast, efficient and helpful! I was in a very rough spot with just having my old car break down and I am so glad I went there and he was able to make the experience completely stress free! I highly recommend going here and visiting Todd for any help you might need finding a new car!
My first visit was not the best experience but I decided to give them a second chance and I'm so glad I did. Dana was the best along with management who worked with me the entire way.
