Worst experience every totally was sold a lemon used truck. Nothing but problems truck has already been serviced for repair 3 times, only had it a month, currently at another dealership in the service department and they have no idea what to do with my piece of junk. Currently out a lot. Sales manager won't even call me back. So disappointed.

Service department either doesn’t know what they’re doing or just generally doesn’t care. I went in for a general oil change tire rotation on my Jeep and not even 3 hours later I hear clanking coming from my tire, take off the hubcap to find three of my lug nuts completely off jangling in the hub. My tire was held on by 2 lug nuts!! I’m furious that I take my vehicle which I purchased from them to have issues that could have easily ripped by wheel off and possibly killed me.

We purchased our Jeep Cherokee in May. It was brand new with less than 12,000 miles. We already have had issues, moreso with the staff at this dealership. We have been getting shuffled around from one person to another, with people quitting and no one taking over our issues at hand. No one seems to know what is going on and then they try to pass us off to another employee.
