I was a bit skeptical about who I may trust to help me with my refinance process and more considering that I was trying to do it during the pandemic 2020 year! I met Thai through a referall and what can I say! he was the right person to help me with my refinance process. He helped me in an amazing way with quick answers, great knowledge and awesome communication. I'm very pleased with his services and being a nice person.

I was referred to Thai by someone who had refinanced with him. I heard good things so I decided to reach out. He was very professional and was very quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He’s very knowledgeable. Was very surprised on how fast the whole process was. I received a lower rate. Thai helped us purchase our first home in Discovery bay. He is very knowledgeable not only on the housing market but all things related to a home which comes to be very valuable when comparing homes. Not only did he help us look for a home he was very involved in the loan process and reviewed all documents before we signed. This helped us ease our mind when signing our lives away for the next 30 years!

I have used Thai's services on three transactions now. Thai stays up on the latest news to generate mortgage loans. Thai keeps me updated on information needed and how to get it if I have problems getting it. Thai gets back to me very quickly when I have questions or comments. I will definitely call Thai for further business in the future.
