Thai managed our townhouse as a rental property for 4 years, and then helped us sell it. He was thorough in his analysis and recommendations for rental/sale, and he communicated promptly and clearly to help us understand the market dynamics. His efforts helped us find two very good tenants over a period of 4 years. And his negotiations skills helped us sell the house at a price much higher than we had anticipated. I wish I could give Thai Nguyen 10 starts review but Zillow allows me to do 5 only. He's an amazing agent, efficient, friendly, clear communicator. Thai kept me informed on any changes or delays during the process. This is the second time I refinance my home and I will keep my business with Thai forever. His service is exceptional and you will not be disappointed at all.

No words can express how GREATFUL I am that Thai Nguyen was my Real Estate agent on the sale of my home. I had ran into some title issues along the way and I thought this was going to be long drawn out process. It was not. We actually closed a day earlier.
