I lived 8 months Audrey and guy helped do maintenance.trash my apartment unit claimed that leaking busted pipe was all my doing. She yelled and screamed at me at the top of her lungs. Then I place request to moved out month before my lease I clean apartment top to bottom. She place in paperwork I didn't clean apartment.however I was so happy to move away I forgot to take pictures. YES. Audrey is racist and does target Black and Latino residents. Even by means of having ACE TOWING tow their vehicles $200. As a former officer of the courts NCDPS I filed numerous complaints against Audrey supporting Burden of Proof documents photos, etc. Still question how her father and mother are maintenance are they HVAC certified and NEPOTISM. We have recently had a change in management and it has been a breath of fresh air! Ms. Kirah K. Spencer is very professional, honest, and upfront. Everything I need assistance with (including things that were in place before she officially took over), she is assisting with in the best way possible. I see Crystal Cove definitely improving in moving forward.
Terrible community ! Audrey is the nasty wicked person who runs that place. She is rude, ugly, nasty, skanky and mean. She doesn’t have any sympathy as a human being and she is racist ! She purposely picks on black and Latino residents. This woman needs to be investigated or terminated . She is not running things the way she is supposed to.: management is terrible. DONT MOVE HERE ! DONT EVEN VISIT !!!
