I have had low back pain for most of my life. I have a bulging disk and a lot a lot of arthritis. I have had multiple steroid injections, but nothing has helped as much cryotherapy has. The first time I went I thought I felt a little improvement, but was still a little skeptical. The second time I went I noticed definite improvement. The third time I turned into a full blown believer! I would recommend this to anyone!
Let me say that the staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful and they are very passionate about helping people! I will admit to being more than a little skeptical as well as a bit nervous as I am not a person that enjoys the cold! I was having lower back pain, When the session ended I was feeling very energized and the soreness in my back was less, after the 3rd session the pain was almost nonexistent. I visit cryotherapy due to problems I have had for years with bulging discs and inflammation. I have tried injections, pain medicine and a variety of treatments over the past 5 years and this is the first thing that has given me any relief. I started with three visits per week making the drive from Milwaukee to Green Bay and felt some improvement after 3 visits. I now commit to twice a week to maintain my relief. I enjoy my time with the Team at Cryotherapy of Wisconsin and the bread next door isn't bad either!
Let me first say that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they are passionate about helping people! I tore my left hamstring several years ago and the recovery was miserable. It just seemed to linger forever and basic walking was painful. Fast forward two years and boom. Tear the right hamstring! This time I decided to give cryotherapy a try. The recovery has been great in comparison to my previous injury. When you do the therapy you get the immediate relief on the injured area which is nice but the real benefit is in the lack of stiffness and soreness on the days that you do the therapy. Freezing For a Reason! Cryotherapy has gotten me back hitting the pavement. I indured a pelvic stress fx back in October & have been dealing with the injury pain along with the pain of not being able to run. I'm a busy mom of 6 and I very much value my running time:) cryotherapy has decreased my pain and has given me an extra boost of energy! I even ran the Bellin 10k this past weekend with my daughter and feel great!! 10☆'S TO CRYOTHERAPY!!
Was in so much pain Monday night and Tuesday went to cryotherapy on Wednesday and was able to go to work on Wednesday night
A little intimidating but the staff is excellent and the results were well worth it!
