Two years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Given that I am almost 28 I do not want to be put on medicine due to wanting to have more kids. Having this option of cryotherapy allows me to approach my Ra in a natural approach. I can tell a huge difference every time I leave! My joints feel so much better and my stiffness and pain go away. They are super flexible in booking me and always super friendly. I highly recommend this place and service to anyone who suffers with Ra.

I started to cryotherapy to help with inflammation in my joints, I am so happy I did. Cryotherapy has helped more than I can explain. I have a very physical job and getting regular cryotherapy saves me on pain and give me energy. The people - Laine, Mandi and all the others - are amazing. I started coming here in hopes of improving my IT band injury. I had sharp pains when walking and couldn't run anymore. I have had wonderful results, my pain has decreased and I am able to run short distances again. I can definitely tell when it's been a while since I have been froze as my knee starts to act up again. The owners and staff are very personable and treat you like family too! Cryotherapy has been a wonderful addition to my life and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

I'm in love with cryotherapy! It's like magic! I was barely able to walk with a knee injury, and three full body treatments followed by three spot treatments on my knee, and I was able to run the Fox Cities Half Marathon without pain, and I had little to no pain in the days to follow. It makes me sleep better, my skin feels tighter, and my muscles don't feel as sore after hard work outs. I'm a believer and a huge fan!

I highly recommend anyone in pain or recovering from an injury to give this therapy a try. I have nagging injuries, as many do, that flare up from time to time. Also, I've acquired a handful of new ones as I've been training for an upcoming event. I'm always on the look-out for NON-DRUG pain relief and recovery techniques to improve the quality of life. I pulled a muscle in my lower back and was in quite a bit of pain. I hadn't heard of cryotherapy until we met a man who had just come from a session. My husband said "you're going to give this a try". I was quite nervous, but Lane and Julie were fantastic and walked me through the whole session. After the first session I could feel improvement. After 5 whole body sessions and a few local treatments, I was near 100%. I'm so glad I learned what this was all about.

I just went for my first session ever. Wow! What a feeling. I feel fantastic. The staff was super friendly and really put any concerns I had at ease. I highly recommend it. I will be back for more!
