I've really enjoyed my experience with Cryotherapy of Wisconsin. The staff is friendly and teaches you a lot about how Cryotherapy can help you. I originally went in due to some body aches and trouble recovering from my workouts. I've noticed an improvement in my sleep, and I definitely recover more quickly from my workouts. My body aches after my 3rd session are basically gone.
Cryotherapy is awesome and worth the 40 minute drive from TR! Laine and Mandi are very nice and fun to chill with!
When I started Cryo I was looking for any measure I could take to facilitate a speedy recovery from an Achilles repair. What I found was a legit game changer for my overall wellness. Migraines and the residual aches and pains from years of athletic-related abuses to my body have been wiped out. I look forward to each session and the staff is FANTASTIC!

I have previously had back surgery and I still have issues with the pain periodically. Recently I had to have shoulder surgery and recovery from that is a work in progress. I found out about Cryotherapy of Wisconsin and thought I would try it. I must say that I am not disappointed with the results. I had 5 treatments over a 2 week period and it really helped with the pain and inflammation in my back and shoulder. The facility was clean and the staff was very cordial and polite at each visit.
I have a bakers cyst behind my knee and this is one of the few things that actually helped get rid of the pain. I highly recommend.
