Love my cryo facials! Very relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Don't be hesitant, it's not scary at all. The staff will walk you through the process..very friendly environment.
My daughter talked me into trying this. I must say I can't be more pleased with the results. I've had major pain issues for over 30 years. Both of my knees replaced due to AS. I receive a remacade IV every 7 weeks. My inflammation is something I've come to live with. I've done 3 treatments & I can say I'm pain free. Yup no inflammation in my hands or neck. The staff is great & stay with you the whole time. Get you talking & your done before you know it. I've never been happier.

After struggling with hamstring injuries for almost a year and a half (with very slow progress), I did five cryotherapy sessions in five days...and experienced a 90% reduction in the pain!! The improvement was real, and I am back to strength training and hot power yoga. Shivering for 2 minutes a day went a long long way!
I have inflammation in my Achilles tendon. I have only done one session but did notice a difference after my session.
