It was my first experience with cryotherapy. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite. They talked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. The office was very clean, as was all of the equipment. I highly suggest this to anyone with pain problems.
I suffer from IT band problems in addition to unaligned hips. All this causes back pain and makes it hard to reach my athletic goals. Even after one freeze my muscles, joints and ligaments feel better. It's nice to put an end to my ice baths and instead, get a quick 3 minute freeze for better results.
