I've been going to Cryotherapy for over a year because of a neck injury from a car accident. I highly recommend Cryo it has made a big difference for me. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Mandi, Ashley, Megan, Britney, the whole team is awesome.
Started coming to cryotherapy 2 months ago after being referred by a friend. I'm a hairdresser who struggles with back and hand pain....coming 2x a week has improved my pain overall, better sleep, better flexibility and just feeling better throughout the day when I'm in my feet! I love the staff and coming to hang out with the cryo family and have recommended it to many!
Every time I come I can't believe how better I feel when I leave. I had carpal tunnel surgery over 2 years ago. This left me not being able to move my hand or arm. I went to a chiropractor and did massages therapy. I came a long way with that, but I wanted the pain to go away. I could tell a difference after my first time at cryotherapy. I'm hoping I won't need to go as much as I do now, but I can tell you cryotherapy works and it will be a part of my life forever. It also helps that the staff are amazing!!!
