Love love love this place! I was lucky enough to have a coach who promoted the benefits of cryotherapy and got me a few sessions. Now I’m hooked! After a tough week at the gym, this makes my soreness go away almost instantly. I feel better mood wise and sleep better. The customer service is phenomenal and the staff is always friendly and makes that 3 minute whole body session go by as fast as 3 minutes can. I have been going here since close to when they first opened and I still love it and can't recommend them enough! I feel so much better and I come by chance I get. After plastering all day my shoulders and knees hurt alot and after a session I feel so much better. I sleep better and I feel more energized after a session. The staff is amazing and they make you feel comfortable and at ease everytime!

6 weeks after a 20 mile ruck March my knee was still giving me some pain, I tried RICE and rolling but nothing helped and I was getting frustrated! I saw Brittneys live special and decided to give Cryotherapy a try. I was a little nervous about the cold and how my asthma would react but Brittney was AWESOME at distracting me and did excellent explaining everything. The next day I could feel a difference and 5 days later I FINALLY made it back to leg day!! I will definitely be back for more!
The staff is super friendly and takes the time to explain the process and benefits of cryotherapy.
I was in Green Bay on business and due to recent travels, my back finally had enough and tightened up to the point where I literally had to fall into or climb out my rental car; my breathing was challenged and I could not sit or stand for any period of time without pain and discomfort.
