Amazing company! We bought a localized cryotherapy machine and they have had nothing but amazing customer service throughout the entire process!!
we went as soon as we left LAX. the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. it was our first time. so they made us feel very at ease. one of their "regulars" even gave is some pointers. overall, it was a unique experience!
The staff was very kind and thorough when it came to explaining what to expect with cryotherapy. I felt welcome and very comfortable. Yes the cryotherapy is shocking initially, but after five seconds (literally) you get over it. They even blast your favorite song for you so you can stay focused (and distracted at the same time). Very friendly and professional bunch, and I will definitely be back!
I was a bit anxious for my first time, but their amazingly friendly staff put all my worries to rest. It was a very cool (actually freezing) experience! I can't wait to go back and bring family and friends!
