Just had my first Cryo session today and it was unbelievable!!! The owners are super friendly. The Cryotherapy was intense! It is just sooo cold. Afterwards you feel like you've been up to the Himalaya: just great. They have a special heated chamber so after the cold you can relax and enjoy getting warm again. I will definitely come back soon :D By the way: You can listen to music while you get frozen. For your first session I recommend: "Let it go" from the movie Frozen or "Ice Ice Baby" from Vanilla Ice ;)
