I previously sent an email regarding a charge that I noticed on my account. I did not get a response. I went in today to cancel my membership that was previously frozen and to try to get an answer regarding the charge. I was told that my membership was in fact not frozen and that I had been paying my monthly membership regardless of my calling to freeze my account. Recommended💪 can’t beat the price and what you get here . Well worth it Edit : my daughter joined last week , zero down , free month . I’ve been a guest of my wife and decided to join myself today . They wanted 117$ down today for the base 10$ a month package and then a 49$ annual fee in November . Told her nevermind and not a care in the world from her . “Ok bye “ Yeah I won’t be canceling my golds membership anytime soon . Shady as hell .
Truly disappointed in how they are responding to COVID. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time here UNTIL Covid. They have made it near impossible to get our accounts resolved. Initially, they passed me back and forth from email to calls, then demanding I came in in-person in the midst of Covid, but finally resolving to speak to me through email. Hi Amanda, I’m not sure if you’ve received incorrect information or what not. The process is fairly simple, however we do request that you provided information so we can help you. If you’d like to no longer be a member, we will just cancel you out. You don’t need to come in to cancel, you can send a letter. If you prefer to freeze we can do that too and there’s no fee to freeze. There’s also no $70 fee, the annual fee is $49.95 once per year and this has nothing to do with a freeze other than your annual is still billed even... read more
Awesome gym with the most cheerful crew ever.
I’ve been going here almost everyday for the last two months. The staff is always super friendly, my daughter loves everyone that watches over the kids club while she is there. My wife even enjoys coming out and that’s saying a lot. There is a very good mix of boy/girl so the intimation factor isn’t there unlike golds. Everyone is busy working on themselves which I love. Highly recommend this gym, Eli, and his staff.
