Love the gym!!!! Classes are always amazing, the staff is so welcoming and supportive all the time. This is the first gym I’ve ever joined and I’m so glad to have had such a wonderful experience.

I've been going there for years and I'm always pleased. I rarely have to wait at all, I love my hygienist, and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Gorham does a good job! I would definitely recommend them.

Let me just tell you... I'm a bigger girl that's ready to make some life changes. I've tried several gyms that made me super uncomfortable, seemingly, because I'm not in shape..at all. I tried Crunch today and they were ALL amazing. I can't say enough great things!!
