I really appreciate how seriously Crunch Fitness took my concern. I had an issue regarding a trainer who was frequently shouting very loudly during workouts, and the manager, Jeremy Jacob, personally reached out to me to discuss it. He listened to my concern and assured me that he would speak with the trainer about keeping the volume and shouting under control. Amazing location, Ayleen was very helpful in guiding me to pick the membership that best benefited my lifestyle. I work on the road and I’m always on the move. If anyone ever has any questions I recommend you ask for Ayleen, very attentive and caring about what will work best for you. Excited to come back to this location when I get the chance!
Don’t get a membership here. Someone close to me has one, they are incredibly unhelpful and they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership, you’re much better off at another gym if you don’t like being taken advantage of. It’s actually quite predatory. Beware.
