Great place to go and workout. Doesn't feel like a meat market. Everyone there is friendly and employees are very helpful!
The classes are fun and instructors push you to challenge yourself. In my experience, it's never so busy that you can't be working on something.
Family atmosphere where you are greeted. Great price and friendly staff.

Its a great gym with very little gym-timidation as their motto states "no judgement." The people there are very friendly and excited for fitness and very encouraging. I would highly recommend it to anyone regardless your fitness goals.
I love the Zumba Classes - Melissa A on Monday and Thursday mornings is great! Love her style and music -- always fun and a good workout!
An affordable, nonjudgmental, gym. No pool or fancy stuff, but worth every penny.
