Trainer Fred Wang is awesome! Gym is clean and well maintained.
I love this gym its almost like my home away from home. I can relax and lift and have no worries. The staff is amazing and the other people are friendly too.

I love the staff at this gym. They are always so friendly and helpful. The membership isn't that expensive. It's affordable and is a low cost each month. They have classes and tanning beds along with a hydro message. Which of course is my favorite. The staff always is welcoming and always greets you as you come and go. Plus the basis equipment you would need to get a great workout. Been here for a couple years and love it better then any other guy. I highly recommend.
Excersize is the best way to fuel yur body. So many benefits. Nice friendly people here.
I have had my membership with Crunch since the La Verne gym opened. I love that it's convenient, affordable, and the personnel always greet you with a smile. Honestly though, my BIGGEST reason for keeping my membership ( I also have one at another gym) is my Saturday morning Abs and Chisel classes with Erin! It's my favorite class ( and I do many at other places) of the week! I look forward to it.
