My trainer Collin is great! Pushes me but still listens when my body has reached its limit especially regarding my knees!
Very friendly, non judgmental, every one is passionate about there work whether its the staff with their maintenance, trainers with their training , and people with their work out. I love the zumba classes because of the instructors they always motivate me to come back and they make me feel missed when i don’t make it. That makes me feel special and part of a gym family member.
I’ve visited a free crunch facilities in my area and la Verne is the most clean and organized gym. The weights are always put back . The bathrooms are always clean. The staff is friendly, not rude or ignore the members then be polite when they want to be . Other locations should fallow La Verne’s example .
I LOVE crunch!! They stand by what they say, "no judgements"! Every location I've been to has always been welcoming and comfortable.
This place is a joke. I got a one-month pass specifically to take classes in the evening the first day I show up their class is canceled. The next time I come I make sure I call first to make sure that there is an instructor they tell me yes. I wait all day for the evening class drive down there and there's no instructor. FlashForward two weeks later same thing today this is the last time. I waited all day, I called to confirm and when I got there I said there is a 730 class correct and she said yes. Best Gym to be part of! Wouldn't be anywhere else!
Heaving experienced other gyms I can tell you with confidence that Crunch Gym is just as professional, just as clean, just as full with leading-edge technology equipment as the most expensive gym out there. I think Crunch Gym has been a great find for my family and myself. Thank you crunch gym and keep it up!
