So far very good. The equipment meets what I expect from a gym. I usually go in the mornings and I have seen the early morning classes be on schedule and pretty popular. The front desk people are friendly and answer my questions adequately. I have not tried the personal coaches and that might be the one area lacking as I saw a personal trainer once constantly on their phone instead of observing their client, and I'll mention it was an elderly client.
Crunch is very clean and on top of keeping the machines up today and working right!
Lately the Hydra massage is broken every week. So can't use that. Then they took away the TRX. Now you can only use if you sign up and pay a trainer. They should keep the TRX strap at the front desk, and those who want to use it can ask for it, then return when finished.

Love the place. Not too big or too small. People actually go there to exercise rather than strutting around like proud peacocks. Never too crowded. Nothing bad to say.

After going for a few weeks with my friend, I have since joined with no regrets. I have now been going for nearly a month & it is now a regular routine. I really enjoy coming here & love how I feel after each workout. Everything is top notch from the cardio machines, the free weights to the weight machines. The staff seem to be very friendly.
What a great place. I have been a member for four years and have never regretted a day of it. I am not a gym mouse by nature, but the supportive, no judgement environment has helped me to be consistent and therefore, stay healthy. Four years later and it is just as clean and wonderful as the day I joined. The classes are fantastic, energetic and adaptive. Love Crunch very much.
