So two years ago I had gastric bypass. I started working with a trainer that year, and continued to come to Crunch during my weight loss journey. If it was not for the trainer, and this gym (All the staff), I do not think I would have been as successful as I have been with my bypass. Everyone is very supportive, and willing to help out if I have a question. The staff is very encouraging and always have a smile when I arrive.
I signed up about 3-4 years ago and quit within a month. Went s few times and I could not get 1 employee to show me how to operate a machine. I’ve worked out before but machines are a little different. Wasn’t asking for a trainer, just how to operate 1 or 2 machines. Just kept hearing “they’re self explanatory, just hop on”. I guess they want you to spring for a trainer. I returned for Zumba class with a friend and loved it so much I came back today. Clean and organized, friendly helpful staff. Suggest you bring your headphones, the music varies and isn’t always what sme prefer.
I have been charged twice after I already canceled at this gym and they have not been able to help me with my refund process the way they do business is shady and after being inconvenienced by their mistakes the MANAGER Julian or Julius idk (not a name worth remembering) was talking over me and laughing in my face it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and if you are considering them you should try another crunch or maybe a different gym PS you can’t charge people without authorization that’s against the l... read more
I finally stopped handing my money over to Crunch when one of their staffers was a total jerk. Just a friendly reminder Crunch you are providing a service that can easily be obtained at numerous other gyms maybe be less aggressive with your members and they will keep blindly handing over their monthly dues.
I love this gym! I've been to a Crossfit, 24 Hour, and something like a Curves. Personally I always felt like ppl were watching me and never felt comfortable. I just joined about 2 weeks ago and go everyday m-f. It's even affordable. The ppl are nice and it has normal looking ppl. Sure they have the Biff-Buffs there like all gyms. But they don't glare. I'd give it a five star if ppl were more sanitary, too many ppl that don't wipe down the machines. Ewwww..:)
Clean, great equipment, great staff from management, front desk and trainers.
