Wonderful experience! My companies' server hard drive crashed and our off-site back-up service did not come through for us. If we couldn't recover this data it would have meant several years of information lost. Our IT consultant exhausted all his resources in trying to recover the data. We finally sent it off to Crucial Data Recovery and Alex handled our problem in 24 hours with great communication, service and price. 100% of the data was recovered. Thank you so much!
DATA RECOVERY My computer had cauhgt a virus and I needed to recover all the data from my hard drive. Alex at CDR was very professional and stuck to the price they agreed to and recovered all my data off my hard drive within 24 hours. I can recommend them very highly.
STAY AWAY! By reading these comments Im extremely annoyed at how I recieved such horrible service from Crucial Data Recover and all their other clients had not! Either the company is racist or the revies are fake. Im an African American woman and Im proud to be who I am. But every time I had called the company I would be mocked and no one ever told me what was going on with my data. I would call for weeks and no answer. When they did answer they would try to make me seem stupid for not know what was going on.
Thanks so much!! I had a 1.8 in PATA hard drive that failed. Alex was very clear as to the costs for the recovery. I called another service and they gave me a very open ended price. I dropped the drive off to Alex at 5:00 pm on a Thursday. Email updates were excellent. My drive had several bad sectors. The data was extracted by 3:00 pm the next day. Thanks for the quick turnaround and great service.!!
Great Service Crucial Data Recovery: They were upfront about costs and expectations. They delivered results! They hold the recovered files on local server until verification of recovery and then they are deleted. I am not a trusting person and would like to have seen a confidentiality agreement. I would use them again, but I hope I never have too.
Unbelievable Service I had a raid array fail, one drive started clicking, the other developed numerous bad sectors. Anyone in the computer industry would tell you that you're toast. I called Crucial Data Recovery at 8am on a Saturday morning and left a message expecting a call back on Monday. No more than 2 minutes later my phone rang and it was Alex.
