Very Impressed A crucial hard drive failed after a power outage. Our latest backup was a number of days old. Great Job The Service is amazing. I had a WB harddrive that heads went bad and I wanted to recover the pictures. I have sent them the drive and they did it within few days and I got everything I wanted from the drive. Service was very quick. For sure I will use them again if I need anything related to Harddrives.

Better than the Geek Squad When my computer crashed I was sick at heart. All my genealogy sources were on there, all pictures of my family from the past ten years, all my music, not to mention hundreds of documents and other important papers. Very Satisfied Customer The head assembly on my hard drive was broken. My local computer repair shop can only repair software issues. I was sick to my stomach believing that all my data was lost.
