Delighted! Saved Me 600 Hrs of Rework Crucial handled my fried System Disk perfectly. I was made aware of the choices, the prices, and the level of warranty immediately. I sent off my precious WD 500 GB disk, which happened to contain a work-in-progress that represented about 600 person-hours of my work. EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! The service is exactly what they advertise. My WD Elements crashed on me October 2010. I am charged with taking care of my wife's photography business. Photos these days can take up so much space especially when you shoot several weddings/year. About half of a wedding album was left on this drive when it crashed. I would estimate that 99.8% of the files are recovered. There were unfortunately about 8 of the bouquet toss pics that were damaged but we are working on getting them fixed. All the data, $649, 5 weeks Our WD NetCenter (home NAS) failed with the family's data, including two businesses. The most recent backup was 11 months prior,( for which I feel shame and guilt.) After trying the freezer and researching data recovery alternatives, I was led to Crucial by it's good reviews and price.

CDR saved the day! My client had his primary hard drive fail days before a critically important business trip. Information vital to the trip and his business were on the drive and not backed up.
