Smashed Laptop The hard drive in the laptop was stepped on and Alex was able to get most all of the data back to me in a matter of a week. I am glad the data was not lost and was recoverable. The price was a big factor in taking on Crucial Data to do the work, the final cost was alot less than what was quoated from the local shops. Great service and fast recovery. I would use them again if needed.

Good Company Pleasant People when my LaCie disk went down it was the first time I had ever had such a problem. When I looked on the web to see who could handle my problem here in Cleveland I found Crucial Data Recovery. I was impressed with their website which gave me all the information I needed. Saved my business. Crucial Data literally saved my photography business. With out them, I would have owed clients close to $10,000 in session fees that I would have to pay back. Fantastic Service! My wife and I thought we had lost the irreplacable pictures of our sons birth and those intimate moments of a newborns first days. When our hard drive crashed with those pictures, we thought we has lost them forever.

Amazing service at an amazing price! I was behind in backing up my wife's laptop when her computer's fan failed. The resultant overheating fried the hard drive's circuit board and head assembly, so I was unable to get to the data on the disk (even with an external drive housing) because the disk would not spin up.

Great experience and terrific price! Our hard drive crashed and we had about four month??s worth of pictures and videos that I hadn??t backed up yet (I should know better!!). These were some very special photos of several of our family events and vacations over the summer and we were sickened at the thought of losing them. My wife and I love capturing the memories so we??re talking about over two thousand pictures and videos here.

A writer's best friend As the IT manager for my household, I was under extreme pressure when the final draft of my wife's book disappeared on the death of her hard drive. I was impressed by the straightforward pricing on CDR's Web site and then knocked out by their professionalism. My wife's book was saved with a two-day turnaround the week before Labor Day. They even e-mailed us the file so that my wife could hold it in her hands (and copy it on a flash drive that now hangs around her neck). Bravo!

Extremely Happy A regional company where several hundred thousand go for sales and repairs could not help with a crashed hard drive. This took them 3 days to work on the problem and get back to me, saying nothing could be done. When they returned the file to me, the partition with the data I was trying to recover was asking to be formatted. Great Service Crucial Data Recovery did an outstanding job. I had a hard drive crash and some of the data on the hard drive was never backed up on a back up drive. So this data was important to me. The turnaround time was 2 days from when it was received. That is great service. All data on the drive was recovered. Great prices and even the price for a new external hard drive that was used to store the recovered data was reasonable. No price gouging. I recommend Crucial Data Recovery very highly.
